We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our answering service brands across the US and Canada, reporting into the Head of Marketing.
Although we can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up and it is an all hands on deck mentality! You need to be comfortable with rapid change, a fast-paced environment and have the ability to collaborate across a diverse range of cultures.
Be a custodian for ‘mattering more’ – weaving in mission and value throughout marketing activity.
- Play a leading role in the creation and growth of partnerships to develop our relationships, brand presence and new customer acquisition in core industries. This will include working with:
Trade associations and groups
Industry media groups
Software integration partners
Support our Giving Back strategy – working with a diverse range of non-profit partners.
- Work across a range of global B2B brand growth activities, including:
Brand visibility (incl. PR & backlinks)
Work closely with design and development teams to deliver high-quality creative marketing outputs for a range of purposes (incl. website pages, sales materials etc.)
Manage end-to-end projects – proactively seeing ideas through to implementation.
Dive deep to understand user touchpoints and lead on product marketing initiatives to improve customer experience.
Support with the production of high-quality content for a variety of purposes, including (but not limited to): newsletters, blogs, support articles, podcasts and emails.
Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and create high-quality sales and service support materials, including emails, slide packs and event materials.
Own social media content (creation and scheduling of posts) and engagement (e.g. replying to queries and engaging with customer accounts).
Utilise project management tools to align projects, tasks and responsibilities; ensuring deadlines are met.
Participate in global meetings and sprints with senior management, leading these calls where required.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Degree in marketing or related field
Experience working with partners or external stakeholders
Experience in delivering end-to-end projects
Excellent communication and influencing skills - both written and verbal
Excellent attention-to-detail – as our quality bar is extremely high
