About Doherty Associates
Doherty Associates (DA) is an award-winning, independent IT, Managed Services Provider (MSP) with world-renowned, international clients.

As an international business (we also have an office in Malaysia, and a presence in New Zealand, USA and Spain) we have built a reputation as a company that keeps its promises and delivers quality. We do this successfully because we focus on our people first – building strong connections in a multi-national and diverse work environment, investing in training and development and aiming to always offer the best experience to our staff and clients.

We are now in a growth phase, recruiting across various teams for our UK part of the business. The type of vacancies we recruit is broad, so you will need to be able to effectively switch between different roles’ contexts and work with a high volume of applicants, adhering to recruitment SLAs.

Typically, you will work a minimum of 3 days in the office, but this will largely depend on the scheduling of the face-to-face interviews.

We place a high value on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. While the screening part of the process can take place using Microsoft Teams, we hold the face-to-face interviews in our London (Holborn) office. It is therefore imperative that you are flexible and can accommodate working in the office as and when required / on short notice, to coordinate the interviews and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
