We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join Capita's Project Resource Solutions, within Capita Experience, on a permanent basis.
Our projects are extremely varied, but we are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have experience of General Ledger migrations or if you have worked within a finance workstream covering Investments, Financial Reporting or Money In/Money Out.

Who are we looking for?

We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of the full project lifecycle and experience of using structured methodologies and techniques. You will have strong facilitation, communication, coaching and presentation skills, with experience of running results driven workshops. You’ll be able to demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management at all levels as well as building productive relationships with functions and third parties outside of the project team. Preferably you’ll have gained this experience from a Regulated/Financial services environment.

What will you deliver?

You will engage with business experts to understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements, conduct analysis of business issues and needs in order to elicit the real business need behind problem statements and high-level requirements along with producing detailed level requirements and business solution design documentation. You’ll have the opportunity to appropriately challenge to ensure a positive outcome and provide an interface between the business areas and project teams throughout the project life cycle.
