Corporate Hospitality

Our Grassroots internships’s are back for 2023! We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our UK teams this summer on a paid 3 month internship starting from May or June. This programme will give you the opportunity to experience the breadth of our huge scope across the sports and entertainment landscape.

We are looking for those who have a real interest in in our industry, and are eager to learn and get stuck in during a busy summer as we offer some of the hottest tickets in town, memorable hospitality packages and unique entertaining opportunities.

What you will be doing?

Our Corporate Hospitality team are an official agent of Lord’s Cricket Ground, an authorised reseller for The Championships, Wimbledon and England Rugby at Twickenham and specialists in Wimbledon debenture tickets. We are also the exclusive hospitality agency for the 2023 MLB World Tour: London Series. As industry leaders, we pride ourselves on sourcing a wide range of options for all major sports and entertainment events throughout the world.

This internship will give support to our operations function, as we work on a plethora of sporting events across the summer months. Tasks will include:

Keeping our event systems up to date
Organising our ticketing system for guests
Writing covering letters and collating event information
Packaging and sending tickets to clients and booking couriers
Overseeing the operation delivery on site at some of the events
