About The Role
Position: Luxury Retail Security Officer
Hourly Rate: £11.60 - £13.00
Schedule: Friday 14:00 - 20:00; Saturday 11:00 - 19:00; Sunday 11:00 -17:00
As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of our customers, staff, and merchandise. This requires you to be vigilant, proactive, and attentive to detail, as well as to always maintain a professional demeanour.
You will be expected to maintain good timekeeping and arrive for work on time, dressed in a professional and presentable manner. Your role will involve monitoring and controlling access to the store, checking bags, and performing security checks on customers and staff as required.
You will also be responsible for responding to any alarms or emergencies. You will be expected to report any incidents or suspicious behaviour to the appropriate authorities, and to liaise with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
In addition to your security duties, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with any security-related issues. This will require you to be approachable, friendly, and helpful, while also maintaining a firm and professional demeanour.
You will be required to follow company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, and to collaborate effectively with other members of the security team to maintain a cohesive and effective approach to security. You may also be asked to conduct training sessions for team members on security protocols and procedures, and to contribute to the development of new security initiatives and strategies.
Overall, your role as a Luxury Retail Security Officer is crucial to maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of our store and our brand. It requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service skills, as well as a strong commitment to upholding our values and standards.
