Warehouse Administrator - Derby


We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to contribute towards Quadralene’s strategic vision. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working as part of our Warehouse team, responsible for the timely delivery of our orders to our UK customers. You will collaborate with colleagues, to share, build together and meet our goals.

As the Warehouse Administrator you will the department achieve month end targets by making sure all picking lists are actioned and all delivery notes are processed. You will contribute to making sure department has full traceability and all goods that pass through in accordance with procedures set by line manager.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring KPIs for department
  • Keeping spreadsheets updated
  • Printing delivery notes
  • Answering emails
  • Booking collections with carriers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Arrange imports from other factories
  • Arrange exports for customers. (Commercial invoices and all logistic issues)
  • Cross check department invoices
  • Filing paperwork and delivery notes
  • Arrange 1st mile service delivery’s for hazardous classed equipment back to factories.
  • Supporting line manager for running of department.

Your experience includes:

  • Previous administration experience required
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge and experience working in a similar environment desirable
  • Previous SAP knowledge preferable

  • Able to work in a small team in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communicator
  • Fast and willing learner
  • Good health and safety awareness
