Business Development Manager
Job description
Location - Remote (must be based in the UK)
Salary - £35-40K with an OTE of £70-80K (Commission is uncapped the OTE is a guide, and the potential of how much you earn is up to you!)
Our Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving our business forward, they are digitally savvy, self-starting approach with a creative commercial mindset. They can comfortably lead conversations with new and existing customers, make it their business to know our product portfolio inside out, can identify best-fit offerings and sustain meaningful relationships to ensure our company’s continued growth and profitability.
Working with us, you will be able:
To operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and focused remote working environment in order to achieve revenue targets.
To create and embed a sales engagement strategy, centred around building relationships and understanding our market, making sure to connect what we do with fulfilling our client’s needs.
To generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select those in line with our Tribal strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
To take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations specifically for new client conversations.
To develop and manage proposal response processes, content creation and inputs from various sources.
To keep accurate records of leads, prospects and sales actions on our database and file sharing systems.
To understand the macroeconomic factors and keep on top of emerging trends, noticing what’s new and feeding it back to shape our offering.
To thoroughly research and prepare for any client interactions.
To remain familiar with all products and services and ensure the correct solution is offered to the client every time.
To prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts on internal sales update calls.
To build an online presence by consistently delivering “thought leadership” posts in the form of online engagement, blogs, videos etc.

Ideally, we would like you to have 3 years of experience in digital marketing solutions sales and a strong LinkedIn presence. If not, and you feel you have the skills and ambition to be successful in this role then we want to hear from you!
