Billing & Revenue Analyst - Based in London or our Bristol offices, flexible working available

You will be working for one of the world’s largest consultancy firms with the opportunity to excel and grow in a high performing multi-disciplinary team
Being a part of our growing MMB UK Darwin team, you will be accountable for managing the invoicing and revenue recognition process for the MMB UK Digital P&L, worth $17.5m in 2023
You will report into the Digital Leader for UK & Continental Europe being a part of a team of 45 colleagues sitting alongside our operations team

We will count on you to:
Coordinate and set up annual revenue & billing schedules
Maintai billing engagements in Webcas
Respond to queries, escalations and exceptions
Liaiaw with the global revenue & invoicing teams across UK, Warsaw, India & USA
Ensure that monthly revenue is recognised correctly
Coordinating invoices to ensure they are drafted and peer reviewed, then issued on time
Ensuring that any accruals are properly accounted for at month-end
Managing the Darwin P&L across the financial year
What you need to have:
Strong knowledge and experience of working in a SaaS business, managing monthly revenue recognition
Experience of using Webcas or similar financial management software
Previous demonstrable experience of drafting and monitoring invoicing for clients
Microsoft Excel skills to advanced levels, with a proven background of maintaining data sets
A commercial mind-set with strong business and financial acumen
Organised, with strong time management skills
Someone who delivers on promises, manages expectations correctly, sets clear agendas & objectives, diligently and thoroughly prepares
A team player, living and breathing the culture of the business and an ambassador for diversity and inclusion
A proactive, passionate professional who demonstrates a ‘Just Do It’ mind-set
Have a winning mindset with a drive to continually improve and a willingness to be challenged & coached
Have strong verbal & written communication skills
