We install it directly into our business customer’s premises and into our consumer’s homes. We are not the new kid on the block, we were established in 2013 and have been disrupting the Broadband industry in London since then. Some recent key achievements include:

  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 650,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 500,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 2.2 million by the end of 2024.

Job purpose:

We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth we need a Build Project Coordinator to support the functions within our CIFP Programme. The build project coordinators duty is to administer and monitor the successful completion of project deliverables amongst internal and external project stakeholders. The task objectives are to ensure project milestones are completed on time, within budget and to the standards and quality set by the business or our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support/Facilitate the weekly programme meetings
  • Publish EOM reporting in-line with business requirements, adapting to new attributes
  • Single POC for updating roll out plans within databases
  • Potential to work with analyst to acquire the capability to do this internally to Access
  • Collate/distribute contractor comm’s
  • Ensure adherence to prospective partnership agreement terms, issuing monthly targets/rollouts
  • Collate monthly KPI’s, contractor reporting
  • Own ‘PMO’ email account and filter queries to the correct stakeholder
  • Liaise with GIS Coordinator
  • Escalation point for internal/external stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational skills, communications skills (written and verbal) which will be utilized in achieving desired results and are critical to the position.
  • Great at building strong internal and external working relationships.
  • Keen and eager to learn new things.
  • Passionate about telecommunications and technology.
  • A strong fit for our brand and organisational culture.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
